Yes. Complimentary global shipping is provided on all acquisitions. International collectors are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.

Cancellations may be requested before the curation process has commenced. Please contact the archive immediately at awhiskerstudio@awhisker.com with your order number. Once forging has begun, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Please allow 20 business days for your relic to be prepared, inspected, and ritualistically packaged at our East Asia archive. An additional 7–14 business days should be expected for international transit after dispatch.

All acquisitions are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except where statutory rights apply. Should your artifact arrive damaged in transit, please contact the archive within 72 hours of receipt with an unboxing video or clear photographic evidence. EU and UK customers retain statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Exchanges are not offered as a standard option due to the singular nature of our archive. If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours at awhiskerstudio@awhisker.com with your order number and photographic evidence. A resolution will be arranged upon verification.

Keep your relic away from prolonged moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures. Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive materials. For wearable relics, remove before bathing or swimming.

Each artifact is constructed with archival intent. Material composition varies by piece and is documented in the product's Physical Composition record. With appropriate containment, your relic is built to endure.

Private commissions are welcomed. Please contact the archive prior to any acquisition to confirm material availability and feasibility. Commissioned pieces are non-refundable once the forging process has commenced.

Custom commission timelines vary depending on complexity and material sourcing. An estimated timeline will be confirmed at the time of commission approval. Please allow additional time beyond our standard 20 business day curation period.

Awhisker operates outside mass production. Each piece is either artisan-forged in small studios, sourced from independent makers, or curated through our archive of unusual objects.

Every artifact is reviewed for quality, character, and alignment with the Awhisker aesthetic before it is released from the Archive.

Due to the rare, handmade, and often singular nature of our curated archive, all acquisitions are regarded as final once dispatched. Returns or exchanges for change of mind cannot be accommodated.

The abyss yields its curiosities in different ways. Some relics are strictly singular (1/1) and cannot be replicated. Others can be summoned anew or carefully reforged. Private commissions are warmly welcomed, allowing certain artifacts to be adapted to a collector's specific vision. Please contact the archive to discuss custom requests, which will be accommodated based on the availability of specific esoteric materials and the constraints of the forging process.
