REFUND POLICY 


The Finality of Acquisition

All acquisitions are considered final, except where statutory rights apply (see European Union and United Kingdom sections below).

Due to the fragile, irreplaceable, and often bespoke nature of Awhisker's curated relics, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every artifact leaves our archive only after passing meticulous quality inspection and containment protocols. We ask that collectors review all archive records, photographs, and descriptions thoroughly before completing an acquisition.


Damaged Artifacts in Transit

Should your vessel arrive shattered or its containment breached during transit, please contact the archive within 48 hours of receipt at awhiskerstudio@awhisker.com with the following:

— Your order number — An unboxing video or clear photographic evidence of the damage

Upon verification, a replacement will be dispatched to your sanctuary at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable under all circumstances:

— Bespoke artifacts and custom-commissioned pieces — Wearable relics that have been worn or whose hygiene seal has been removed — Any items explicitly marked as Final Sale


Bespoke Commissions

Private commissions are welcomed. Please contact the archive prior to purchase to confirm material availability and feasibility. Commissioned pieces are non-refundable once the forging process has commenced.


European Union — Statutory Rights

If your acquisition is being shipped into the European Union, you retain the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. To exercise this right, please contact us at awhiskerstudio@awhisker.com within the 14-day window. The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the collector's responsibility. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.


United Kingdom — Statutory Rights

United Kingdom customers retain equivalent statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at awhiskerstudio@awhisker.com within 14 days of receipt to exercise your right to cancel. The same return conditions and refund timeline apply as outlined in the European Union section above.
