SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY 


Thank you for choosing Awhisker. As an independent curated archive, we bridge the gap between myth and reality by unearthing obscure artifacts and artisan-crafted relics from across the globe.


1. The Artisan Curation & Preparation Period

Awhisker operates strictly outside the realm of mass-produced commodities. Our artifacts require uncompromising attention and a meticulous preparation process before they are deemed ready for their new keepers.

Curation Period: Please allow 20 business days for your relic to be prepared, inspected, and ritualistically packaged at our East Asia archive.

The Process: This period includes professional artisan refinement, aging treatments, and final structural integrity inspections. True artifacts are forged with patience; they cannot be rushed.

Weekend Policy: Orders placed on Fridays after business hours or during weekends will commence their curation journey on the following business Monday.


2. Global Transit & Shipping

Once your artifact has passed our final curation standards, it begins its journey across the globe. We partner with specialized couriers to ensure the safe passage of your finding.

Standard Archive Transit: Please allow an additional 7 to 14 business days for international delivery after the curation period is complete.

Complimentary Shipping: Global shipping is provided at no additional cost on all acquisitions. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount.

Customs & Duties: International collectors are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. These are not included in our pricing.


3. Tracking Your Artifact

Once your artifact is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking link to follow its journey.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your coordinates are exact. We cannot be held responsible for relics delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

The Nature of Transit: Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier volumes — forces beyond our archive's control.


4. Delayed or Lost Artifacts

Stalled Tracking: If your tracking has not been updated for more than 7 business days, please contact our studio immediately at awhiskerstudio@awhisker.com.

Confirmed Loss: If a carrier confirms an artifact is lost in transit, we will either issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement relic at no additional cost.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Findings

Should a vessel arrive damaged or breached during transit, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact the archive within 48 hours of receipt at awhiskerstudio@awhisker.com with your order number and an unboxing video or clear photographic evidence. A resolution will be arranged upon verification.

Please note that all acquisitions are otherwise final. We do not accommodate returns or exchanges outside of transit damage or incorrect item claims. Statutory rights of European Union and United Kingdom customers remain unaffected.
