Thank you for shopping at Oriloot. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and track orders placed on our store.
1. Order Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If your order includes a pre-order item, the dispatch time will follow the estimated schedule shown on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the order together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
2. Shipping Rates
Oriloot offers worldwide shipping. Shipping fees, free-shipping thresholds, or available delivery options may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout when applicable.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard international delivery usually takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local carriers, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible at support@oriloot.com. We can only update the address before the order has been processed or shipped.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you about the available next steps. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
7. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please keep the item, packaging materials, and shipping label, then contact us at support@oriloot.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us and we will help check the tracking status with the carrier where possible.
