The brass goggle frames sit over oxidized metal — no mechanism inside, no glass, no function. Only the weight of altitude remains. The disc buckle is tarnished copper-green. The collar strap is stripped leather. The denim shell shows fade marks consistent with extended sun exposure. The stitching around the goggle housing is reinforced at four points.

The chest disc buckle is functional. TURN TO UNLOCK — rotation unlocks the clasp. PRESS TO RELEASE — pressure disengages the locking tab. The disc face is etched with radial grooves. Goggle frames are brass-welded; frames do not open or adjust. Collar strap is a single-piece leather cut, stitched at the rear seam only.
